The second day of the Life Saving Information project focused on transforming theoretical knowledge into practical skills. Implemented under the coordination of Taşköprü Pompeipolis Motorcycle Users Solidarity Association, the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project 2024-3-TR01-KA152-YOU-000290673 brought together young people from Germany, Spain, Türkiye, Ukraine to strengthen their first aid knowledge through interactive learning experiences.

The morning sessions introduced participants to the fundamentals of first aid, emergency assessment, and appropriate response techniques. Through case studies and scenario-based activities, participants discussed various emergency situations and developed effective intervention strategies while exchanging experiences from their own countries.

In the afternoon, participants visited emergency healthcare facilities, where they had the opportunity to meet doctors, healthcare professionals, and emergency response teams. Listening to real-life experiences allowed them to understand that first aid is not only theoretical knowledge but also a practical life-saving skill that requires confidence, responsibility, and quick decision-making.

The day ended with an evaluation session during which participants compared first aid practices in their respective countries and shared good practices. The discussions further strengthened intercultural learning while reinforcing the project's main objective of creating a generation of young people who are better prepared to respond to emergencies.
